SMS Notifications — Program Disclosure
CleverSets is operated by Lysmata Systems, LLC (doing business as CleverSets), a Florida limited liability company. This page describes our text-message notification program, how people opt in, and how to opt out.
What we send
Messages are functional and transactional only — never marketing, never promotional, and are sent from our toll-free number +1 (866) 318-7505. Account holders choose which of these they want:
- Daily schedule summary — a morning text of what's on your day.
- Event & appointment reminders — a heads-up before something on your calendar.
- New data added to my account — when something new lands in your account.
The same number also delivers operational and safety alerts to our own staff operators (new registrations, subscription events, feedback and support requests, and content-safety events). Operators consent in an internal staff console and can opt out the same way as anyone else.
How people opt in
Opt-in happens only inside a person's own signed-in CleverSets account, under Settings → Notifications. There is no keyword opt-in, no purchased lists, and no third-party lead sources. The user enters their mobile number and turns on the specific notification types they want — nothing is pre-selected, and no text is ever sent until the user enables it.
That screen requires sign-in because it is a per-account setting, so it is pictured here in full, including the consent language shown at the point of opt-in:
Frequency, rates, and opting out
- Message frequency varies with the notification types you enable and your account activity.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- You can also turn notifications off any time in Settings → Notifications.

Privacy
